ACH Payment Notice

Please read the following important information before making an ACH payment.

ACH Hold Period — Lien Release Delay

By clicking "Continue to Payment Portal" below, you acknowledge that any payment made by ACH (using routing and account numbers) is subject to a minimum 14-day hold period before lien releases, if applicable, are mailed to you.

Please allow 3–4 weeks to receive your lien release by mail after the hold period has passed. Lien releases will not be issued during the hold period and cannot be expedited once payment has been made.

Lien releases cannot be emailed or faxed — they are mailed only.

⚠️ Need your lien release sooner than 3–4 weeks? Pay by debit or credit card instead. The hold time for a debit/credit card transaction is typically 1–3 business days, after which the lien release is mailed — allow approximately 10 days to receive it.
