We understand that it can sometimes be difficult to discuss financial matters by telephone. That’s why we have created an option to submit a proposal for a payment plan completely online! Unfortunately, we aren’t able to approve all payment plan proposals. Please note, if the proposed payment plan does not meet the requirements of our client, we will provide you with options that will meet our client’s requirements and/or we may request additional information or documents from you.

If my account has been placed with the Legal Department of Special Counsel Andy Bowers, I understand that I will be required to enroll in automatic & recurring payments and I will agree to provide a credit or debit card or routing and account numbers for the automatic & recurring payments. I understand that there are fees associated with each payment. The fees associated with debit card transactions is 1.99%. The fee associated with credit card transactions is 3.4%. ACH payments (routing & account numbers) is a $4 fee per transaction.
