Andy Bowers has been appointed as Special Counsel by the Ohio Attorney General for the purpose of collecting outstanding debts owed to the Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation (BWC). As Special Counsel, Mr. Bowers is authorized to act on behalf of the Attorney General's Office in matters involving the recovery of unpaid premiums, assessments, penalties, and other obligations related to workers' compensation coverage in the State of Ohio.

This includes initiating legal proceedings, negotiating payment arrangements, and taking other appropriate actions to ensure compliance with state law.
